Desktop version of the Grone Expander Eurorack module.
A four-voice touch-controlled drone synth, featured two drone oscillators as used in the Grone Drone synth, plus two wavetable oscillators, two multi-waveform LFOs, a modulated delay section and a dirt stage at the output. The Grone Expander can be used standalone or processed through Grone Drone’s external input.
Oscillators 1 and 3 (Bytebeat oscillators)
- Produces sound based on equations converted to analogue signals.
- Sixteen equations are selectable via Up and Down switches.
- Four LEDs display the equation number in binary format.
- A0, A1, A2 pots modify parameters used by the equations.
- Sample Rate pot adjusts pitch and oscillation speed.
- Output Level pot sets the oscillator output volume.
- Dedicated output jack for routing the oscillator's sound to external modules.
- Hold Mode: Toggle switches allow selection of Fast Decay, Long Decay, or Hold Mode for the touch-trigger input.
- CV inputs allow external pitch modulation.
Oscillators 2 and 4 (Wavetable oscillators)
- Digital oscillators controlled via touch or gate inputs (gate-controlled by gate jacks).
- Pitch pot adjusts oscillator pitch.
- Modulation Source: LFO A or LFO B (selectable via toggle switch).
- A0 pot selects the waveform.
- A1 pot morphs between two waveforms.
- Individual output jacks for each oscillator.
LFO 1 and 2
- Low-frequency oscillators routed to modulation inputs for Oscillators 2 and 4, as well as the delay section.
- Rate pot sets the LFO speed.
- Waveform Shape pot selects the LFO waveform.
- Available waveforms:
- Ramp up
- Ramp down
- Square
- Triangle
- Sine
- Sweep
- Random levels
- Random slopes
Delay
- Processes the combined output of all oscillators.
- Time pot adjusts delay time.
- Feedback pot controls delay feedback (capable of self-oscillation).
- Level pot sets the delay output level.
- Modulation Amount pot sets modulation depth from LFO 1 or LFO 2 (toggle-selectable).
Output section
- Grit pot adjusts the amount of overdrive.
- Level pot controls the final output volume.

European Union orders:
- Standard shipping is free on orders over €100. Express shipping is available on orders over €100, and free on orders over €400.
Poland orders:
- Standard shipping is free on orders over 250 PLN. Express shipping is free on orders over 500 PLN.
What about local taxes?
By default prices on the site include sales tax at 20%. The precise sales tax rate for your country will be calculated at checkout.

All EU orders are shipped via UPS. We offer two service levels:
- UPS Standard – our default shipping option. Delivery times vary by country (see estimated delivery times below).
- UPS Express Saver – next business day delivery to most EU destinations.

Dispatch times
Orders placed before 15:00 CET (Central European Time) on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 CET, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Pre-orders
If a product is listed as a pre-order, it means we've ordered it from the supplier but it's not physically in stock yet. The product listing will include an estimated shipping date based on the best information we have from the supplier, but do bear in mind this is subject to change and is not a guaranteed date.
If you place an order containing a mixture of in-stock and pre-order items, we'll normally hold off on shipping anything until the pre-order item(s) have arrived, rather than splitting it into multiple shipments.
