What we say about the Tobinski LFOs...

Two very powerful, nicely complementary LFOs which add a wide range of modulation to any system. One side can sync to a clock, the other side can reset to a trigger, and both sides have a wealth of shapes available. All in that lovely Dannysound/Tobinski style!

Manufacturer's description

The Dual LFO module from Tobinski combines two advanced low-frequency oscillators, each based on Electric Druid technology: the TapLFO3C and the LFO10. This module provides a wealth of modulation possibilities, with flexible synchronization, waveform shaping, and dynamic CV control to suit any Eurorack setup.

The TapLFO3C (left side of the module), syncs to an incoming pulse, allowing precise alignment with external clocks or rhythmic triggers. Its built-in frequency multiplier/divider further extends its range, enabling intricate timing patterns. The output can also be set to +-5v bipolar or 0v to 10v unipolar.

The LFO10-based LFO, on the other hand, resets to an incoming pulse, ensuring repeatable, synchronized modulation. The output can also be set to sample and hold mode allowing the LFO waveform to act as the signal to be sampled and the reset pulse to act as the sample trigger.

Each LFO features 16 selectable waveforms split into two banks of eight, accessible via manual switches.

TapLFO3C (Left side) features:

Bank A - Ramp Up, Ramp Down, Pulse, Triangle, Sine, Sweep, Lumps, Random levels

Bank B - Ramp +Oct, Quad Ramp, Quad Pulse, Tri Step, Sine +Oct, Sine +3rd, Sine +4th, Random Slopes

VCLFO10 (right side) features:

Bank A - Ramp Up, Ramp Down, Pulse, Triangle, Sine, Sweep, Spike, Noise

Bank B - Ramp +Oct, Quad Ramp, Quad Pulse, Sine +Oct, Sine +3rd, Sine +4th, Quad Spike

Additional controls include frequency adjustment, skew for waveform asymmetry, and level control for output amplitude. A dedicated wave shape smoothing switch provides the option to roll off any sharp edges of the waveforms for smoother modulation.

Dual CV inputs per LFO, each with attenuators and destination selection switches, offer fine control over key parameters. By default, these CV inputs are normalled to the opposite LFO outputs, encouraging rich cross-modulation possibilities and creative patching.

The Dual LFO Module is a versatile and feature-packed tool, offering both rhythmic synchronization and freeform modulation options. Whether you need synchronized waveforms or complex cross-modulated textures, this module provides the flexibility and precision to elevate your modular synth patches.

If you have an urgent order, please email us at info@signalsounds.eu before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Pre-orders

If a product is listed as a pre-order, it means we've ordered it from the supplier but it's not physically in stock yet. The product listing will include an estimated shipping date based on the best information we have from the supplier, but do bear in mind this is subject to change and is not a guaranteed date.

If you place an order containing a mixture of in-stock and pre-order items, we'll normally hold off on shipping anything until the pre-order item(s) have arrived, rather than splitting it into multiple shipments. If you need the in-stock items sooner, we'd recommend placing separate orders. As always, please get in touch at info@signalsounds.eu if you have questions.
